Motorcyle Rights it's everybody's business
Remember when you didn't have to give a way your rights. Did you ever wonder what ever happened to your right to associate or assemble peaceably? Maybe its time to join the Modified Motorcycle Association which fights for those freedoms. MMA is like the NRA which advises politicians on policy and behaviour
And you don't have to be a biker to join. It is time to sign-up and stand up.
Act now or you might not be able to wear a patch. More than 3 patch holders could be classified as a gang.

Dixon Swap Meet was a SUCCESS...
We would like to thank all the vendors and the people that participated. The event was just awesome, people looked like they were finding the things they were looking for. The weather was great and people looked happy. We are looking forward to making it happen there again.

Sac Toy Run Pre-Party Was Great
The party this year was great... We are all happy to be back at the old Holiday Inn now named Crowne Plaza. The whole place is super nice and elegant. The restaurant and bar was a plus prior to the party starting. Special thanks to everyone that participated. Rich Bruno from Co Co County, Steve Schapiro a lot of old friendly faces and a lot of new that we met. We mainly do this for bikers from outside the area. This way you don't have to leave your house at the coldest part of the day. Get a room party and ride to the toy run in the morning. Once again from the bottom of my heart thank you all.

35th Annual Sac Toy Run Thanks
Thank you all so very much... 2 years in a row that we have managed to go to the State Capitol. If you only knew the hurdles and hoops we have to go thru and if you know me it's not easy lol. No but all jokes aside it's my opinion that the City and the Sac Pd has made it almost impossible for this event to take place. I am happy to say that we have teamed up with Sac Metro Fire and we are both looking forward to next's year Toy Run. They said that they will provide additional trucks or ambulances to do more traffic control specially at the 50 and 99 interchange. A special thanks to CMA

Bad Cop; No Donut - BOLT Begins Re-training Vacaville PD Cop
We heard from one of the Clubs that a Vacaville cop was out of control; writing helmet tickets like crazy. In other words, violating bikers' 4th Amendment and 14th Amendment Rights over and over.

on youtube. We were told right where to find the officer. We found the cop on June 26, and he couldn't resist writing helmet tickets even though our helmets are legal.

New CHP Policy Means A Big Win For Riders
The CHP has lost alot of ground in the helmet law fight as a result of the B.O.L.T. law suit against them last year. The CHP settled out of court with us during the Appeals Process. This agreement was finalized on February 2, 2009.
Enforcement Policy now instructs officers NOT to ticket anyone for "beanie" helmets.

NY DMV Commissioner Calls Out Inattentive Drivers! It's a new public service announcement which should help motorcyclists be seen. Newly appointed New York DMV Commissioner Nancy Naples appears on the sidewalk after a nasty, and quite graphic, car/motorcycle ROW violation, telling viewers, "Motorcycle accidents aren't accidents at all, too many are crashes caused by inattentive drivers who just pull into oncoming traffic with little more than a glance. I'm DMV Commissioner Nancy Naples, asking you to please watch for motorcycles."

New biker petitions
Two new petitions are available here. One to recover compensation for unfounded and unreasonable arrests of bikers. The other to remove tolls for motorcycles because of their high MPG of 40-55 MPG.
